Your room is available to you from 4pm on your day of arrival.
You too would like to move into your room as quickly as possible after a long journey. We ask that you vacate your room by 11am on your day of departure.
Should you not wish to leave until the afternoon as you, for example, wish to enjoy another wonderful day, you are welcome to make use of the multifunctional room in the cellar.
Our hotel guests have a garage parking space at their disposal, free of charge.
There is a large heated boot room in the cellar. You can go directly to your rooms from there. You can open the door from the outside with your Lech Card in summer or with your ski pass in winter.
A large wash basin with a brush to clean shoes with is available.
Pets are not allowed due to the boss’ acute allergies. We ask for your understanding.
The tobacco laws have been strengthened in Austria since 1.1.2009. As we do not have the option of separating smokers and non-smokers by means of a door, we ask that you smoke outside of the hotel. As a small service, we have installed a heat lamp.
To fix your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30 %. You can transfer this into one of our accounts or send us your credit card details.
Bookings can be made by telephone, in writing, by fax, by e-mail or via our online booking form.
The booking is fixed after our confirmation and your deposit. In the case of delayed arrival or premature departure, all of the costs will be charged. Austrian Hotel regulations apply.
We accept cash in every currency at the official bank exchange rate, EC-cards, Mastercard and Visa.

It is not that uncommon that unexpected things happen: the booked holiday cannot take place or has to be shortened. And then on top of that comes the frustration of the cancellation fees. We would like to spare you these financial drawbacks and all associated aggravations and therefore recommend you take out a travel insurance package. Together with our partners the “European Travel Insurance” we are able to offer you this.
Together with our partner “European Travel Insurance” we can offer you this. Travel cancellation insurance: approx. 6% of the holiday price.
This insurance package (minus deductible insurance) from the European Travel Insurance includes as well as cancellation charges, holiday interruption costs, extra expenses for delayed departure or an unintentional holiday extension (road blocks) and search and recovery costs in the case of an accident in the mountains (also helicopter rescue).
Cancellation cover also in case of COVID-19 disease despite pandemic status
To make your holiday decision easier in these times, we adjusted our cancellation policy.
If there is a change in travel regulations at short notice and you are therefore unable to travel to Austria, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
At the moment the following cancellation fees come into force. Subject to change.
Cancellation up to 2 months before arrival: € 80,00 administration fee
2 months to 4 weeks: 50% of the total amount
4 weeks to 14 days: 75% of the total amount
Within 14 day before arrival: 90% of the total amount
1 day before arrival: 100% of the total amount
Early departure: 100% of the total amount
If the canceled room/s can be rented again, only the administration fee of € 80,00 will be charged.
For group bookings (more than 5 rooms) separate regulations apply.
