Mo-Ren En-He
Head of Chambermaids

Mo-Ren comes from China and is now in her third season at the Theodul.

She takes care of our guests quietly and discreetly.
She already knows all the special requests and naturally takes care of these. Mo-Ren is also in charge of our Apartment House, the “Hus Hörili”.
Mo-Ren: „It is pleasant and enjoyable for me to work here. The awareness and friendliness of the managers, the daily working routine, the working environment, the complete team, I enjoy it all. It is really rewarding to work at the Hotel Theodul and I am pleased to be here again.”

My name is Monika and I come from Slovakia. I am a grandmother, I am a hard worker and I’m always in a good mood!

This is my first time in Lech and I am enjoying the superb teamwork here at the Theodul.

Our names are Alena and Milan, we are a couple and we come from Slovakia. This is our first season at the Hotel Theodul and we are very happy to be a part of this team in Lech.

Everyone is really nice, helpful and friendly.

It’s lovely to work in these surroundings.

This is my third winter season at the Hotel Theodul both at the bar and serving. I am always pleased when I am able to serve and look after our regular guests as well as new guests in our comfortable restaurant. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the team at the Theodul.

I am really pleased to be a part of the team again this winter at the Theodul.

It is also fantastic that in my free time I have the wonderful mountains and slopes right in front of the door.

We have a wonderful and strong team again this year and can have great fun with each other.

My interests in different cultures, contact with people and the mountains, have all drawn me to come and work in Lech.

I get my strength, inspiration and the feeling of freedom from nature.
As a masseur I like to convey a sense of well being and relaxation and stimulate a perception of awareness of one’s own body.

I am pleased to be able to acquire my first experiences in seasonal work here at the Theodul.

In addition it is a pleasure to be able to work in Lech at “the birthplace of skiing”.

I am really happy to work here this winter and hope it will be a good season with lots of snow, lots of sunshine and lots of fun.

My team and I will do our best to ensure that our guests experience an unforgettable (also culinary) stay here in Lech.

That’s why I am happy to be here again at the Theodul.

On my days off and in every spare minute you will usually find me on the slopes.

I’m looking forward to a beautiful winter season with lots of snow.

This is Ali’s third winter with us at the Theodul.

He is originally from Afghanistan.

Ali is our man for everything, he takes care of our piles of snow, helps us in the kitchen and supports our service team in the back office area.

Sergio Baldoni
Kitchen

He is from Italy and this is his 6th season with our team.

He is almost part of the “inventory” now.

He adores his grandson David more than anything, and is also a kind of father and grandfather to our younger employees.

Sergio: For me everything is perfect.

The family are very nice. The working conditions are excellent.

All working colleagues are super, just like my own family.

In summer or winter,
sun, rain or snow,
you will generally always find me in Arlberg.

In the mornings the surrounding mountains are rendered uncertain by biking, climbing, hiking and with skiers. Yet at the latest by lunch time I swop the wonderful nature for the wonderful Theodul.

I have had the pleasure of working here for 3 years. And even today I look forward to seeing all the well known faces at the Theodul again.

It’s great that there are such wonderful working environments!
