The soft version of the Finnish sauna. The moderate temperature of 60-70°C coupled with 40% humidity is appreciated, above all, by women. It relaxes the muscles and benefits the heart and circulation.
The Bio-Sauna differs from the Finnish sauna with slightly lower temperatures and higher humidity.
Relax in heat and steam.

Our tepidarium is a relaxing room with earthy clay walls and fresh mountain hay.
A trip to the tepidarium is both gentle and stimulating and can last as long as you like. Because the temperature is similar to that of the body, a healthy fever is induced which strengthens the immune system without putting stress on the circulatory system. The tepidarium is preventative and healing and offers an ideal opportunity for relaxation and regeneration for young and old.
