Wilfried Andermann

In winter, Wilfried is Chef de cuisine at the Sonnenburg in Oberlech, while in summer he spoils our guests with his delicious creations at the Theodul.
Wilfried is a gifted athlete. Even before the start of the working day, he is to be found on foot or by bike in the mountains of Lech.
This is now his seventh summer with us and we hope to have him with us for many more summer seasons to come.

Whether summer or winter,
whether sun, rain or snow,
You can usually always find me on the Arlberg.
In the mornings, the surrounding mountains are explored by bike, climbing, hiking and in winter also by skiing. But at the latest towards lunchtime I exchange the beautiful nature for the beautiful Theodul.
I've now had the pleasure of working here for 2 years. Right now, I'm already looking forward to seeing all the nice and familiar faces in the Theodul again.

Mo-Ren En-He
Head Chambermaid
Mo-Ren comes from China and is now in her seventh season at the Theodul.
Calmly and quietly, she takes care of our guests with the utmost caution and care. She is already familiar with all special requests and requirements, and is sure to fulfil them quite naturally. Mo-Ren is also responsible for taking care of our "Hus Hörili"apartment house.
Mo-Ren: "It is very pleasant and nice for me to work here. The attention and friendliness of the managers, the work day schedule, the workplace, the whole team, everything is simply wonderful. I am very thankful that I work in the Hotel Theodul and I’m glad to be back again for another season." |

Martina lives in Lech, is a mother of two and as of a few months, also a young grandmother.

Attends the hotel school in Vienna and is a second-year intern in the kitchen. "I am very pleased to be working at the Hotel Theodul. The cooking here is something which I really enjoy and have fun doing. Also, I am lucky that I can learn very many new things from our chef Wilfried.

Sergio Baldoni

Comes from Italy and is about to spend the fifth season as part of our team. Actually, he's already been part of the “inventory” for a long time. He loves his grandson David above everything, and is also a kind of father and grandfather to our young team members.
Sergio: "For me, everything is perfect.
The family is very nice. The working conditions are great.
All employees are wonderful, just like my own family. In the winter I'll be back here again."
